How do I book an appointment?
Each of our team members has their own individual booking process. Simply head to our ‘Services & Booking’ section, where you’ll be guided to the right stylist and service to suit your needs.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are required to secure your booking, with the amount varying depending on the service and number of treatments selected.
What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand that plans can change. However, as each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you, cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and within 24 hours, the full appointment fee will apply.
Is there aftercare advice?
Your aftercare is just as important as your treatment. Our team will provide personalised guidance after your appointment, with extra tips and inspiration available on our social media.
What do I do if Im running late?
If you’re running late, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, as we operate by appointment only, arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled depending on our schedule.
How long do treatments last?
The longevity of your results will vary depending on the treatment and your individual lifestyle. Your specialist will advise you on what to expect and how to maintain your results following your appointment.
Where are you located?
We are located at Units 1 & 2, Somers Road, PO5 4NS. You’ll find us opposite Ark Ayrton School and next to Jubilee Church. Our exact pinpoint location is also available on our Contact Us page for easy navigation.
Do you accept walk-ins and do I require a booking?
We operate on a booking-only basis to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention. While we may occasionally be able to accommodate walk-ins if a slot is available, this is rare, so we always recommend booking in advance.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Our cancellation policy will apply depending on the notice provided.
